CSI Condor Quest. Discover. Connect. Experience.

Condor Quest

September 8 (Doon and Cambridge) and September 9 (Reuter and Waterloo)

CSI Condor Quest is designed to provide a high energy welcome to students at Conestoga Campuses and engage their competitive spirit by completing activities, earning tokens and unlocking rewards. The event will be divided into 3 zones:

  • Discovery Hub – Visit various booths to learn about resources available to you and earn stamps on your digital passport
  • Experience Arena - Prize Claw Machine, Giant Jenga, Connect Four, Photo Booth and more!
  • Food Arena - Live Bubble Tea & Specialty Coffee Stations, Live Pancakes and Donut Station

Wednesday, September 9, 12 p.m.

Starting a job —or thinking about future careers—can bring up questions about fairness, your rights, and what to do when something doesn’t feel right at work. This 90‑minute virtual workshop, offered in collaboration with LEAF (Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund) and Conestoga Consent Culture, is designed for college students of all genders, to learn about discrimination and equality rights in the Canadian workplace.

Join us as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) shares information on benefits and credits for international students, taxes and why we pay them, residency status for tax purposes, options for how to file your taxes, and tips to avoid scams.
