Student Success Portal: explore services and register for events

The Student Success Portal (SSP) is a centralized platform for accessing student services, booking appointments, signing up for events and activities, viewing consultation notes, and exploring helpful resources. You'll find a variety of interactive events designed to support your transition into the college community. Take time to explore the portal, register for sessions, and get involved—it's a great way to learn about your academic environment, build essential skills, and connect with others.

Complete the Indigenous Self-Identification Form

If applicable, complete Conestoga's Indigenous Self-Identification Form, a tool to verify a student's Indigenous identity. While we recognize that Indigenous is a global term, this form is specifically for First Nations, Métis and Inuit Peoples.

Complete the Conestoga Technology Orientation

Learn how to manage your account, navigate online portals and operate your device by completing the Conestoga Technology Orientation.

Complete the Digital Skills Self-Assessment 

Complete this Digital Skills Self-Assessment to evaluate your proficiency with a variety of technology. Use a laptop or desktop computer instead of a mobile device to complete the assessment.

Review recorded sessions

If your school offers a virtual Academic School Welcome, your session will be recorded. Your instructor will post the recorded video to eConestoga approximately 3 weeks after orientation.

Get helpful tips

  • Visit each of your course shells on eConestoga and find your Instructional Plans under "Course Content". Read the Instructional Plans and create one list or calendar to help you track all your upcoming tests and assignment deadlines. 
  • Did you miss your online academic orientation session? Your Program Coordinator will share the link with you on eConestoga. If you find the link, contact your program coordinator via email. Check your Program Handbook for your Program Coordinator's name and contact information. You can find these documents in your personalized checklist.
  • Are you looking for a part-time job? Visit the Career Services page on the Student Success Portal for information and tools to support your job search.
